The mess poured out the doors of the small diner into the
streets. Broken plates, rotten food, dead bodies and over
turned tabled. The small old building looked like it was
about to cave in on itself. Fog crept over the debris,
crawling up the walls and blanketing the area with a fine
wet mist. Dr. Franken Stein examined a blood stained piece
of china, then tossed it to the ground and brushed off the
sleeves of his lab coat.
What a fight. He didn't plan on causing such a
disturbance. Neither did Kid or Crona, he assumed. This
world seemed abandoned, surreal even. He definitely got the
feeling he didn't belong. He could tell the children were
